Miranda works as a facilitator/consultant with service and program development, manager development and support, and strategic planning in health and community service organisations. She has 30 years experience in public health research and administration, in government, academia and the private sector. She has served on the Board of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Adelaide, and as Principal Researcher to the Australian Health Ministers’ Advisory Council.
